Quick Answer
Most 36 vanity with sink models use one of two faucet patterns: an 8 inch widespread faucet (three separate pieces) or a single-hole faucet. Eight models use the widespread pattern and five use a single hole. No product page in this set states a drain size, so this guide cannot give you one. The pattern varies by model, so always check the product page before buying a faucet. For the wider sizing picture, read our 36 inch vanity guide.

8 Inch Widespread vs Single Hole
8 Inch Widespread (Most Common)
A widespread faucet uses three separate pieces: two handles and a spout, spaced 8 inches apart. Eight models in this collection use this pattern, including the Aberdeen 36. If your vanity has an 8 inch widespread pattern, you must buy a widespread faucet, not a single-hole one.
Single Hole
A single-hole faucet mounts through one drilled hole, usually as a single-lever mixer. Five models take one: Abruzzo, Cuschoice, MarbleLux and Nile, plus Claude, which is drilled for a single hole with knock-out holes you can open if you prefer an 8 inch widespread set.
Pro Tip: Buy your faucet AFTER you confirm the hole pattern on your chosen vanity’s product page, not before. Using the wrong pattern leaves gaps or holes that will not line up.
Cabinet Only vs With Top
Cabinet Only
This means you must source your own countertop, sink, and faucet separately. This adds cost and installation time, but gives you full control over the materials and finish. At this size, only one model is sold this way: Naples, which takes a 37 × 22 inch top.
With Top (Vanity with Sink)
This usually includes the pre-installed basin and countertop — fifteen of the sixteen models here. However, faucets are still sold separately; no listing at this size includes one. Check the included components on the product page to confirm what is in the box.
Drain Size and Sink Compatibility
No product page in this collection states a drain size, so this guide cannot give you one — and any guide that names a standard drain size for these models is guessing. Two listings include a drain with the top: the Nile’s basin runs to a concealed drain that comes in the box, and the Longbay in the Walnut finish includes a pop-up drain. For every other model, keep the drain on your question list when you order, and check the product page for your model before you order parts.
The same applies to faucet hole diameter: no page in this set states one. The pattern — widespread or single hole — is what decides your faucet, and that is stated for fourteen of the sixteen models.
The Models That Do Not State a Pattern
Two models, Hepburn and Longbay, state no faucet pattern on their product pages. For those two, check the product page before you order a tap, because the pattern is simply not published yet.
Honest limitation: If you buy a faucet before confirming the pattern, you may end up with a faucet that does not fit. Always verify the hole pattern on the product page before ordering.
When Not to Buy a 36 Vanity with Sink
Wrong faucet pattern: If you buy a faucet before checking the hole pattern, it may not fit. Always verify the pattern on the product page.
Cabinet only when you need a complete setup: If you do not want to source a countertop and sink separately, look for a “With Top” configuration instead. If you are still checking whether the size itself fits your room, the 36 inch vanity dimensions and clearance guide covers the measurements.
Need for a specific faucet type: If you require a specific faucet (e.g., wall-mounted or vessel sink faucet), confirm the vanity supports it before ordering.

Questions
Eight models use an 8 inch widespread faucet (three separate pieces). Five require a single-hole faucet. Two models state no pattern at all. The pattern varies by model. So, check the product page before buying. Never assume all 36 inch vanities use the same pattern.
Fifteen of the sixteen models do. Naples is the one cabinet-only model at this size. Each product page states its configuration, and faucets are sold separately. Read the listing carefully before ordering.
No product page in this collection states one, so this guide cannot give you a size. Check the product page for your model, and your order summary, before you buy a sink or drain parts.
