1. Introduction
Welcome to veilbathvanity.com (the "Site"), the online store of Veil Bath Vanity ("Veil", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including any purchases, communications, or interactions with us through the Site, by email, by phone, or through our marketing platforms. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms are legally binding and apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, account holders, trade and business contacts, and content contributors. Your continued use of the Site after we post a revised version of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for your subsequent use and purchases; the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
2. Eligibility and account responsibilities
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the Site.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and other credentials, and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and to update it promptly when it changes. Notify us immediately through our Contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate an account or refuse access to the Site where, in our reasonable judgment, these Terms or applicable law have been violated, or where necessary to protect the Site, our customers, or our business.
3. Products, pricing, and order acceptance
- All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email.
- We may cancel or modify an order — before shipment — for errors in product descriptions, dimensions, or pricing, system malfunctions, stock shortages, suspected fraudulent activity, or other operational reasons. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the payment in full to the original payment method.
- All listed prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping charges unless expressly stated. Sales tax is collected where required by law.
- We work to display products, dimensions, finishes, and colors accurately, including the per-size specifications shown on each product page. Minor variation in wood grain, finish tone, and stone veining is a natural characteristic of these materials and is not a defect. Product images are representative; the specifications and description on the product page control in case of any difference.
- Promotions, discounts, and special pricing are subject to their own stated terms and may change or end at any time. Only one promotional code may be used per order unless the offer states otherwise.
- Where a product page states that a countertop, sink, faucet, drain, mirror, or other component is or is not included, that statement forms part of the product's terms of sale. Please read it before ordering — several of our vanities are sold as cabinet only.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store complete card numbers on our servers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. An order may be held or cancelled if payment cannot be verified or is reversed, and we may require additional verification for high-value orders to protect against fraud.
5. Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: most orders travel as freight within the contiguous United States, delivery estimates are not guarantees, and ownership and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier takes possession of the shipment — except that damage documented following the inspection procedure in the Shipping & Delivery Policy is handled through the freight-claim process at no cost to you.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: buyer's returns require prior authorization within 90 days of delivery, the product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, change-of-mind return freight is the customer's responsibility, and damaged or defective items are resolved at no cost to you.
7. Installation
Vanities are sold as products, not as installed fixtures, and installation services are not included unless expressly purchased. Professional installation is recommended. Floating (wall-mounted) vanities must be secured to wall studs or adequate structural blocking rated for the weight of the cabinet, countertop, sink, and contents; freestanding vanities must be levelled and, where the product instructions require it, anchored. Plumbing and electrical work should be performed by licensed professionals where required. Damage resulting from improper installation, inadequate wall support, or failed plumbing is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered by warranty.
8. Warranty
Each vanity carries the manufacturer or supplier warranty stated on its own product page. Warranty terms and durations vary by model — as they do on the suppliers' own listings for the same products — and the product page is the controlling statement of the warranty for that product. Where a warranty applies, it covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
The following are not covered by warranty: wear and tear; misuse or abuse; improper installation or modification; water damage from plumbing failures, leaks, humidity, or standing water; surface stains or discoloration from environmental exposure or cleaning chemicals; natural variation or aging of wood, stone, or finishes; and damage from commercial use, unless the product page expressly states commercial coverage.
To make a warranty claim, contact us through our Contact page with your order number, the product name and size, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Some claims are assessed by the supplier of the product; we will manage that process with you. Our obligation under a warranty, where a defect is confirmed, is — as the supplier's warranty states — repair, replacement of the defective part or product, or refund, and does not extend to installation, plumbing, or contractor costs.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including trademarks, logos, brand names, product descriptions, specifications, photographs, videos, designs, layouts, and text — is the exclusive property of Veil Bath Vanity or its licensors and suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not, without our prior written permission: use our intellectual property for any commercial purpose; modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from Site content; or use framing, metatags, or hidden text incorporating our trademarks or copyrighted material. Product photographs and specifications supplied by manufacturers are used under their terms and remain their property.
10. Copyright policy (DMCA)
We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe that material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice through our Contact page containing: your full name, address, telephone number, and email address; a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; the exact URL, or a detailed description of the location, of the allegedly infringing material; a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf; and your electronic or physical signature.
If you believe content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address containing: your signature; identification of the removed content and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district of your address (or, if outside the United States, of the courts identified in Section 17) and will accept service of process from the original claimant. When we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original claimant; if the claimant does not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed a legal action, we may reinstate the material. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
11. User content and reviews
The Site may allow you to submit content such as reviews, ratings, photographs, questions, and comments ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us and those we work with a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting and display), publicly display, and distribute your User Content for operating and improving the Site, developing products and services, and promoting Veil Bath Vanity, including in catalogs, emails, and other marketing. This license continues after you stop using the Site, for content already published. You promise that you own all rights in your User Content or have the right to grant this license, and that it does not infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. We do not condition support, refunds, warranty service, or discounts on a positive review, and we may refuse, remove, or moderate User Content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, obscene, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable, or that contains payment data, confidential information, or another person's personal information. 12. Acceptable use of the Site

When you use the Site, you may not: violate any law or regulation; infringe or misappropriate others' intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; post or share anything illegal, abusive, harassing, pornographic, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable; harvest information about other users; transmit viruses or other harmful code; scrape or crawl the Site's pages; attempt to circumvent any technological measure protecting the Site; decipher, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Site's software; or assist any third party in doing any of the foregoing. A violation may result in suspension or termination of your account and access, and legal liability.
13. Text message (SMS) terms
Where Veil offers an SMS program and you opt in to it, the following applies. Veil offers optional SMS messages about product and quote inquiries, orders, deliveries, returns, replacements, and customer support, and — only where you separately opt in to marketing messages — promotions and offers.
- Consent. Enrollment requires you to provide your mobile number and affirmatively agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You confirm that you are the subscriber to the number provided, or its customary user on a family or business plan, and are authorized to opt in.
- Messages you may receive. A welcome message; order, shipping, and delivery updates; return, replacement, and support messages; appointment reminders; and, if you opted in to marketing, promotional updates.
- Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan, and you are responsible for charges incurred through use of the program. The program may not be available on all carriers, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opting out. Text STOP at any time, or reply STOP to any message, to stop receiving SMS messages from that program. An opt-out may generate a confirmation message. Requests that do not use the STOP keyword may not be recognized by the messaging platform.
- Help. Text HELP for assistance, or contact us through our Contact page — you can always reach customer care through the Site, email, or phone without agreeing to SMS.
- Number changes. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, notify us through our Contact page so messages are not sent to a reassigned number.
- Privacy. SMS opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose them only to service providers, telecommunications carriers, and platform providers needed to operate the program, and when required by law.

15. Accuracy disclaimer

17. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state in which Veil Bath Vanity has its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute arises between us, both sides agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve it informally by contacting the other side and allowing 30 days for resolution. Any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction, except that either side may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veil Bath Vanity, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a product or order is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including plumber, contractor, demolition, or alternative-accommodation costs — arising from a product, a delay, or use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
20. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, labor shortages, supply-chain or carrier disruptions, government actions, or utility and network failures. Where such an event materially delays your order, we will keep you informed and, where the delay becomes unreasonable, offer cancellation for a full refund of unshipped items.
21. Third-party services and links
The Site is built on a third-party e-commerce platform and integrates third-party services for payments, analytics and advertising measurement, fraud prevention, shipping and operations, customer communications, wishlists, and reviews. Your use of a third-party feature may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy notice, which control that provider's services. Third-party services may change, become unavailable, or operate differently over time, and we are not responsible for third-party content or services linked from the Site.
22. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later, or to enforce any other part.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to draw attention to it on the Site.
